Justin Leigh
Founder, Business Leader, Sales Trainer and Executive Coach
Justin lives in Cambridgeshire with his wife Katie.
They have two children, Grace (a Project Manager) and Robbie (a Medical Student). An experienced Business Leader and Executive Coach, Justin specialises in sales acceleration training, strategic account management, NLP and coaching and emotionally intelligent leadership.
Justinโs experience includes over 20 years working for bluechip companies leading large sales and business teams.
He founded Focus4Growth in 2018 to help sales leaders and teams in the dental industry, by sharing what heโs learned from working for (and with) many of the worldโs fastest-growing companies.

Sarah lives in Surrey with her husband Oli.
She has a passion for interior design and is (slowly) renovating her house, whilst (slowly) running after her two daughters and trying to read a book or two!
Sarah has worked in marketing and PR for nearly 15 years. She specialises in rebranding and lead generation and thrives on working with exciting companies who are keen to understand how they can improve their products and services. Sarah has experience across the whole marketing mix and has been responsible for marketing and communication strategies within a variety of industries.

Ian lives in Wiltshire with his wife Gilly and their two children.
A learning, development and personal effectiveness professional with a passion for achievement, he acts as an associate for top flight consultancies and works directly with several clients.
An enthusiastic, energetic and inspiring trainer, Ian has worked extensively across UK and Europe. Heโs delivered from Shanghai to Texas developing sales makers in the business-to-business arena.
